1951

» In June 1951, Dong’an Iron & Wood Association was founded, mainly producing machinery equipment and furniture made of iron and wood.
» In 1971, Dong’an Iron & Wood Association merged with Dong’an Architectural Hardware Factory to form Dong’an Agricultural Machinery Repair Factory.
1979

» In Septembe 1979, Dong’an Roll Factory was set up.

» On Oct 22, 1979, the first 6pcs rolls were produced.
1982

» In 1982, Dong’an Roll Factory changed name to Wujin Roll Factory.
1988

» In 1988, Wujin Roll Factory joined with Shanghai Xinhu Iron & Steel Company in business operation.
1992

» In 1992, Wujin Roll Factory and Malaysia Jima Steel Co.,Ltd. established the joint venture of Changzhou Kaida Metallurgical Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd.
1998

» In 1998, company was restructured as Changzhou Kaida Roll Group Co.,Ltd.
» In 2007, new plant was built. Changzhou Kaida Roll Group established Changzhou Kaida Heavy Industry Technology Co.,Ltd.
2008

» In 2008, Changzhou Kaida roll Group set up Changzhou Kaida International Trading Co.,Ltd.
» In 2010, the annual sales volume has broken through 20000ton.
» In August 2012, became the Nation Level Hi-tech Enterprise.
2013

» In 2008, Kaida Roll became the Chairman company of China Roll Council.
